ASUS has announced that their new line of gaming laptops are arriving on South African shores.

This includes the latest in their Republic of Gamers (ROG) gaming laptop range, which the company debuted at CES 2019 in January.

The good news for South Africans is that they won’t have to wait long if they want to get their hands on the latest elite gaming laptops. It also means that we might see a price drop on the older versions of these laptops, such as the 2018 ASUS ROG Zephyrus, which I reviewed in December.

The company will also be launching its new, more affordable TUG Gaming laptops.

Among the laptops that are launching are the ROG Zephyrus S GX701, the ROG Zephyrus S GX531, the ROG Strix Scar II 17, the ROG Strix Scar II 15, the TUF Gaming FX705 and the TUF Gaming FX505.

According to the company, the ROG Strix SCAR II models are already available while the ROG Zephyrus S and TUF Gaming are available at selected retailers from February and March.
